我知道在vicomsoft可以download到internet gateway v7.0
可是有沒有人知道在那裡可以download到 Vicomsoft Internet Gateway v6.6.3呢?

嚴格來講 這不算是合併頻寬..
多線合併頻匡要用multi ppp 這可是會要ISP 麻煩...

速度也不是這樣增加.....

有一點想法討論看看.

現在看來一般四條 768K 的線路該是多人/主機分享的吧. 合併頻寬有很多種方式. 最徹底的做法是每個 bit/frame 都能平均分配到各條線上, 但實際上是不可行的. 那以 IP 為單位, 讓每個不同的 IP 分配到不同的線路呢? 就較可行了, 雖然某 IP 永遠走某線路的話, 還是無法很平均分配頻寬, 值得注意的是如果使用者人數愈多, 在統計上來講, 就愈可能達到平均分配, 所以 SP 級的平衡負載也願意用 hash IP 的方式, 原因無他, 夠多嘛!

如果人數不是那麼多的環境下, 以 session (tcp/L4 也好, smtp/L7也好) 為單位來分配線路就比較能夠達到較佳的平衡. 可 session 也是有大有小, 有長有短啊?! 道理卻同上, 因為 session 數很多, 統計上看來, 也就像是平衡負載, 合併頻寬了.

事實上最佳平衡負載合併頻寬方式跟網路規模(scale)和使用網路方式是很有點關係的, 就像酷斯拉的副標題 "size does matter". 四條 768K 的 adsl 依個人看來夠百來 user 下載用了, 用 hash IP 的方式可能也就行了. 但話說回來, IP 的世界不是只有平衡負載就好, Session 的維持, 可不容許你連線一半時隨便來換 session ID/sequence #/IP 的.

個人認為，反而在傳檔時才有合併的可能，當前題是要有支援多點續傳的功能，你想想當碰到不支援續傳時，只能使用一個 IP 來傳，因此就可能只有一條線的頻寬，但是有支援多點續傳時，則就可以使用不同ip 同時下載一個檔案，如此就有可能變成合併頻寬的功效了！
