連外啊，我也一樣，習慣了:(

不過上次我用SeedNet的ADSL
客服跟我說如果ping出來出現Request timed out的訊息
表示封包有漏掉，可以報修網路...

你所謂的聯外是連 HINET 的 DNS server 嗎? 不知為甚麼
ping hinet 封包掉的都梃嚴重，可看網頁又很正常，至於聯外，有時對方的因素也很重要吧，時間也是一個因素，最近常聯大陸抓影片，晚上很慢，幾個點加起來大概 30~40KB/s 左右，白天卻又快的驚人，可以到 200KB/s 全速，我到目前為止用的很滿意，只是也有朋友用到去退租的(同一區)，我想，找出為甚麼慢的原因，比一遇到問題就認定某某 ISP 爛重要的多，畢竟不管你用的是甚麼網路，總是會遇到不順的狀況的，不是嗎?
