我申請GIGA的ADSL，下載速度的確還蠻快的！
但是瀏覽網頁非常的慢，請問各位網友這是為什麼呢？

這個我之前已經解釋過了, 是 TWIX 往 Hinet 內部塞車的關係.
從最後一點開始, 倒回來一個一個用 ping 測試, 你就會知道問題出在哪裡了. 有很多家 ISP 都已經向 Hinet 反應過, 我這裡的消息是"有些解決了有些沒有", 原因不明.
