跟我之前超像ㄉ,猛斷線,五分鐘斷一次...
(我是單向ㄉ)可是電話撥接還好好ㄉ...也就是說是cableㄉ問題..
有一陣子還撥不上線勒...兩個禮拜連續各時段完全沒撥上一次..
這陣子,是可以撥上ㄌ,但是就是幾分鐘斷一次線,
速度快快慢慢....真是有夠氣人ㄉ...
我已經有點心灰意冷ㄌ...因為客服專線打ㄌ不下數十次ㄅ..
不是只撥數十次,而是指跟裡面ㄉ人聊ㄌ數十次!!
現在adsl還沒斷過線...這感覺真好...

你應該是大樓或公寓式的用戶吧?一你的問題來看,可能是cable雜訊的問題,不然就是你的線拉太長或加裝了太多的分線器吧?那附近有雙向了呀!再向第四台確認一下吧

這是我的 CM ASKEY CME030 的資訊,以前斷線打電話去有用現在東森打去覺得沒神麼用,各位高手能幫有看問題釋出再第四台業者還是東森嗎,最後面的 log 計錄比我事實上使用斷線的紀錄少我想是因為 CM 只抓的到重大的斷線紀錄吧

基本上那里的雜訊值太高了一點,下行位準已經在一個通與不通的臨界值上了,建議請第四台或東森去查修吧
