大意是說:因為你使用的是40PIN的排線所以不能把傳輸模式提升到ultra 66 以上只能降速至ultra 33。請你換一條80PIN的專用排線，才能提升到ultra 66 Mode 以上

所以如果你接硬碟的排線不是UDMA 66以上的80PIN排線，請花錢買一條。
如果是，那換一條看看。
