前幾天申請了凱擘寬頻的 10M/1M cable modem 的服務，
今天接上電腦之後，一看 ip 的 netmask 是 255.255.252.0, 而且馬上就有如潮水般湧來的 arp flooding 封包把我的 arp cache 塞爆了。顯然是跟我同一個網段的人有人中毒了。致電凱擘客服工程師，他建議重新取得 ip, 但是之後結果還是一樣的。
想請教一下這是常態嗎？ 好像他們的工程師已經見怪不怪了。
如果還是這樣打算下禮拜就把它退了。還好還沒有綁約，不過不知道凱擘有試用期這種事嗎？

雖然還是不知道到底發生了什麼事，不過瞭解到 cable 業者
的網路技術還是差了正宗的 isp 業者一截啊..
