收到了 RouterBoard RB450G

比兩包香煙還要大小小，手删也沒有CD也沒有（無手删不知如何使用），
不知何從下手，搞了大半天還是搞不懂如何進 RB450G 設定（到底是傻 ip 呢），
相信對（電腦,不大熟悉）初學者來說，有點艱難包括我在內。

也找不到 RB450G 的 ip。

用Winbox這東西啦.(應該是跟X86版本的使用方式一樣吧!)

上面紅色圈圈的地方按下去可以搜尋到LAN口之下有上線的ROS MAC

另外, RB450G官網不是寫說是L5的嗎?您的怎是L4的?

上次他回覆說明明是 L5 的。
Mikrtoik have recently changed this, level 5 is now included with the RB450G.

看你要不要先將WAN口搞定,讓小弟能從地球的另一頭Winbox過去.
萬事起頭難,這樣你會省掉很多時間.

剛才我改 ip 連我都進不了 RB450G了，可能要 Reset 了。

但我現要出一出去，回頭在設定 RB450G。

MikroTik are offering free upgrade to the Level 5 Licence. It can be
upgarded via Winbox or by visiting the MikroTik website.

You need to get it online, and then in winbox:
System
License
then click "Update License Key"

Protocol: PPPoA (PPP over ATM)
VPI: 0
VCI: 38
Modem.

剛才我改 ip 連我都進不了RB450G 了，可能要 Reset 了。

用Winbox可以搜尋到RB450G的MAC,點MAC進去應該就能進到ROS了.

另外,ROS須先在Interfaces裡面新增一組PPPOE Client (您的ISP應該是用PPPOE沒錯吧?),然後填入帳密跟對應的Interface 網口,這樣您的ROS應該已經可以連的上Internet了.

至於DHCP,就比較麻煩些,有幾個地方都需設定正確才能生效.你可參考這裡...

PPPoA, 找出舊Modem IP, 自己的IP 改一下, 然後登入檢查如何設定

看起來設定真的優點小複雜,不過通常這類的產品以工程師思考為導向,效能應該都不錯.
