前些日子，發現我連線下載只有 110 k byte/ sec 左右，連絡客服人員，做了一些測試，隔天有請中華來看，他檢查了一下線路，後來說正常，幫我把 數據機從
Tecom 1086-B 換成 Tecom 4031C ，我有觀查數據機內的數值，發現有時候 ( 某些時段 )，數據機內下載數值不到 2048 Kbits/sec ，之前最低只到 1100 Kbits/sec ，換了數據機最低還 是只有1504 Kbits/sec ， 可是常常在一些時段是正常的，因為請中華電信來，也不一定當下會有問題。有人有遇到過嗎？該如何解決。
