2月14日晚上九點用Glasnost (http://broadband.mpi-sws.org/transparency/bttest.php)網站測試出來的結果。
我觀察了一陣子，我這裡(新視波服務範圍)限制P2P的時段是星期一至四的晚上六點到隔天凌晨兩點與星期五的晚上六點至星期一的凌晨兩點，在限制P2P的時段內就算你載的是熱門檔案，遇到了大水管衝到滿速，沒過個幾分鐘機房端還是會把你的下載速度給壓制下來。
現在發現只有需要有線電視服務且 1.不使用P2P軟體, 2.不常使用串流影音, 3.不玩需要網路連線的遊戲的用戶才適合bb寬頻，而且申請時只需申請最低的3M/1M速率就夠了，這樣下來十分划算。

最近這幾天這些網站都上不去~這兩個網站是網路免費空間的網站
常常下載/上傳檔案的應該都用過. 家裡2台電腦也都測試過 連上不去
本身是用吉隆8m的bb寬頻

想說是網站流量太高還是怎樣 試了很多次 可是問好幾個朋友用ADSL都成功開的了

中華的光世代一樣開不了!這個應該是對方的問題!

www.mukki.org (http://www.mukki.org) 光世代這個開不了，其他兩個正常~
WU及FS用光世代下載還蠻快的，用JD單檔可以到5M Bytes/s
不過缺點就是這兩個免空限下載次數，一個檔案下載完要更新IP才可以再抓~

你用光世代幾M的?
我下載都差不多在100KBPS~200KBPS左右~
除了Filesonic跟wupload..還有其他免空也上不了

很納悶到底是什麼原因
