1）檢測網路高峰時段，您的網路速度有否變慢
2）以ftp方式測試，單線下載速度
3）連往Hinet FTP（以連往Hinet作為基準）

測試內容：
連接到 ftp.adsl.hinet.net 下載測試檔案 test_010m.zip
並貼出
［測試時間］、［您的CM上網速率規格］、［所測出的下載速度］、
［您的路由(不知可以不用填)］、［您的第四台業者］～

ex:
測試時間：23:01
上網規格：10M/1M
測試速度：10503584 bytes received in 36.52Seconds 287.65Kbytes/sec.
路由：台固
地區業者：北健


測試步驟：
1）開始 ＞ 執行 ＞ CMD ＞ 確定
2）輸入 ftp 後按Enter
3）輸入 open ftp.adsl.hinet.net 後按Enter
4）(帳號)輸入 ftp 後按Enter
5）(密碼)可以不用輸入 直接按Enter
6）輸入 get test_010m.zip 後按Enter (也可輸入 get test010m.zip)
　
7）稍等一會，等檔案下載完畢
　 完成後會顯示下載速度
　 如：10503584 bytes received in 36.52Seconds 287.65Kbytes/sec.

多測試幾次，看看顯示出來的速度為何~
