user不致電isp,ips永遠不知道user的狀況!
而且交由專業的人員來判斷,會比較早獲得解決!

今天致電ISP，工程師來看一看，說是我們自己Cable線路問題，
於是房東重新拉了線路，現在第四台訊號非常清晰了，
我自己進去 Cable Modem 查看當時資訊如下：
Frequency 669000000 Hz
Signal to Noise Ratio 34 dB
QAM 256
Network Access Control Object ON
Power Level -7 dBmV

結果連往 KKbox 或者 Ezpeer 首頁，依舊是一樣的結果，
首頁完全出不來，拿一台 NB 接上去還是一樣的結果！
