意思應該是有些處理器有,有些處理器沒有吧?

通常在你看到該符號的那個網頁底部都會有補充說明的。
也就是一般用 PS 來補充說明。
不過 intel 會用一些特定符號代表固定的說明。

剛在intel網站亂逛時，找到一個說明如下:
