After Installation boot into safe-mode (hold F8), go to cpu management and change the name of administrator
to the name you would like it to be, log off and then back on under the new username and run startup.exe,
then drag 'n' drop the file secreset.bat (located in the ?:\windows\system32\config directory) to the "HKLM/Run" tab
of the startup program and click ok and then restart into normal mode.
