現在時間晚上9:29，越晚ping值越高速度越慢，現在連往Hinet速度剩1248Kbps左右，正常速度應有1600~1700Kbps

如果能有對Seednet網內下載及對Hinet下載測試做為比較, 就更容易判斷是否是S與H間頻寬不足的問題了!
若Seedent下載正常, Hinet下載速率偏低, 那就是兩家ISP對口頻寛不足...
(不過從路由是走TWIX這個情況來看, 應該是H <-> TWIX間頻寬不足的問題),
若S及H下載速率都偏低, 那就是ADSL電路進ATM集縮的影響, 也許晚上用戶多, 又遇到P2P大量下載的影響,
ATM頻寬已經滿載了....

你的情況 跟 這一篇相同嗎?
