but can't receive from elsewhere
did i set the worng server?

Are you sure the POP3 SERVER with seed.net.tw

Please check the sit of http://www.seed.net.tw

Enter service item , and here have about most of setting

thanks for your help, i've solved the problem
i did set the correct server:
pop:seed.net.tw
smpt:seed.net.tw


the reason i couldn't send mail from elsewhere
to seednet is i set the other wrong server of smpt,
thus mail couldn't be sent
