I think it is not Karpersky's problem, it is because the outlook got infected. However, I have tried to install many trial version anti-virus software to inspect my system include Kav 5.020, but,nothing abnormal to be screen out. very strange peepee 2005-02-15, 04:39 AM 謝謝，重灌之後沒問題了，應該是outlook.exe got infected unknow virus,我曾試過用各家的 av ,都掃不出來。 但只有Kaparskey 會讓outlook 怪怪的。。可以感覺出來 kaspersky 2005-02-15, 01:02 PM 有沒有試過在 realtime protection 那邊排除 .pst ? 您的 MailBox DataBase 是否與 Outlook 程式放在同一磁碟機下 ? peepee 2005-02-15, 10:31 PM 謝謝你 我重灌之後, KAV v5.0己和outlook相處的很好了 chiensx 2005-03-11, 04:04 PM 小弟我也有發現在一個情況下，會出現以上的問題。 就是，當我有安裝Dr.Eye時，開啟任何的Mail就會出現以上的錯誤！ 但是，只要我把Dr.Eye移除後，開啟任何的Mail一切都正常囉！ 不知道有沒有什麼解決方法呢？ |
