本人使用 hinet 固一 ADSL. (之前測試過海外與學網是不經過proxy)
本來不掛 proxy 上學術網路一切都很好, 最近不掛 proxy 都上不了.
心中很不爽的打了電話去抱怨,中 X 電信的客服人員居然告訴我說,不是中 X 電信強迫走 proxy ,而是學術網路強迫走 proxy.

真的是這樣子嗎?

若不是 hinet 現在沒跟 Tanet 對連的話 , 敷衍的成分居多
我想不太可能會不跟 Tanet 斷線 , 畢竟有需求的用戶可不少

據我之前的瞭解 , 各家 ISP 要跟 TANET 互連的話
會被要求 "北中南東" 都要拉線 , 不能只拉北部一條線
且去跟回的線要獨立 , 七個點 x 2 = 14 條線 , 每條都要 T1 以上

難道要每一天都打0800080412 或 0800080128 去魯那一些客服人員一途.

網路對聯哪邊有問題很難說，不一定是中華的問題，也不一定是TANet的問題
也有可能是兩邊有哪個設備有故障，或是哪邊有個人手養改到路由，也有可能是某一邊為了某種理由(如病毒造成流量過大)暫時檔掉對方，總之很難說出到底問題是出在哪

不過我用hinet 固三上你提出的那個www.study-area.org倒是沒有這樣的問題，雖然ping不到終點，但讀取速度還蠻快的

可能是該網站有做一些不太一樣的機制吧?
使用兩種不同的 trace route 方式，查到不同的結果。
不過開網頁速度很快的。

個人是計時制 12M ADSL。

第一種是 windows 內直接下 tracert 查到的，最後一個點出不來。
其實只差一步而已。

有人說是某一段IP(不知道是不是您用的211.75/16)從12月初開始被tanet擋掉了,原因不明,
最好電話,EMAIL加上www.cht.com.tw下面的意見信箱三管齊下去反應,
記得把狀況敘述一下,順便跟他說明與proxy無關,是網路問題!
